Create by the Coast, session 3 of 3, 26th August

The last session of Create by the Coast was a special and imaginative day. We found a lovely spot amongst the trees on the grounds of Great Yarmouth Minster, Norfolk. First, we had a go at monoprinting – using found objects (such as leaves, daisys, feathers, etc) and doing drawings onto ink plates of the Minster and the surroundings. Then, we made creative things with found objects around the grounds. We created fairy huts, nests and nature mandalas. These items will be in the grounds until 9th September.

Plus, the project exhibition will be at Great Yarmouth Library, Norfolk from 4th to 9th September. It’ll be open to daily to all, including the informal evening showing with refreshments on Wednesday 6th September from 5pm to 7:30pm. Thank you to Norfolk County Council’s Arts Project Fund for supporting the project and exhibition.
